Get Involved

Aim High relies on the support of our alumni, parents, teachers, community members, partners and funders.  Your support – volunteer hours, in-kind donations, and financial support - makes our work possible.  Here are some ideas, but we welcome yours too!

Volunteer your time and talents

• Chaperone field trips and other outings
• Participate in a Career and/or Education Panel discussion at one of our sites
• Serve as a tutor or mentor to a student
• Organize an afternoon activity (arts, culture, sports, other)

Help with outreach to Alumni

• Support students with their college applications
• Offer an internship at your workplace to an Aim High graduate in high school or college.
• Organize an Alumni networking and/or career event

Share your technical expertise

• Help maintain our website
• Provide in-kind marketing, public relations, media relations or government relations expertise
• Call us to discuss your interest and our needs!

Consider joining a committee, task force or the Board of Trustees

• Join a regional Task Force in Oakland or the Peninsula / South Bay to support our expansion in those areas
