Aim High’s student-to-teacher ratio is 9:1—and that changes everything. We practice a personalized approach to teaching. Professional Development Of the 6 weeks of the program our summer staff work, one week is dedicated to professional development. Teachers undergo integrative training on current topics using research-backed methods, trauma-informed and social-emotional teaching. Our summer teachers receive instant feedback to improve their teaching practices.
