Development Manager, Institutional Giving

Aim High’s Development Manager is a savvy relationship builder and thorough project manager who is able to translate the organization’s mission, strategy, and impact into persuasively written funding proposals and reports that compel institutional partners to invest in a meaningful way to support Aim High’s mission and long-term strategic plan.

Chief Operating Officer

Aim High is seeking an experienced, people-driven, and strategic leader who will uphold and drive forward  the organization’s strategic plan and operations that is rooted in our commitment to Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ADEI) to serve as its first COO to guide the organization through its next phase of growth. This dynamic position will play a key role in spearheading the strategic plan as well as providing leadership to the people, finance, and operations functions during a critical period at Aim High as we finalize and implement the next strategic plan.

Director of Partnerships – San Francisco, California

Aim High is seeking an experienced and collaborative leader to serve as its Director of Partnerships. Reporting to VP of Philanthropy and Marketing and in partnership with the CEO, this dynamic role will support the organization’s long-term vision of increasing the number of students who have access to the Aim High program by forming strong earned-revenue partnerships with schools, districts, and community-based organizations. This includes creating and driving a strategic approach to growing our earned revenue strategy in a sustainable way. This role is highly collaborative and requires strategic thinking that can set up the organization for ambitious and sustainable growth. This position works closely with its CEO, Board of Trustees, and members of the Aim High staff.

Program Manager, North Bay

Aim High is seeking a passionate and collaborative program leader to serve as its Program Manager. Reporting to and in partnership with the VP of Program Operations, this dynamic role will manage the program to support the organization to support the achievement of the strategic plan. This role is responsible for the oversight and execution of the Aim High program in a portfolio of geographic regions. The position works closely with the VP of Program Operations, VP of Design & Impact, Regional Program Directors, and members of the Aim High staff.

Operations Administrative Assistant – Temporary

Aim High is seeking a true generalist to support in many behind-the-scenes, administrative functions of a growing non-profit organization. If you’ve ever wanted to learn about the ins and outs of a non-profit organization, this is a great position for you.

Academic Coach Work with site directors, program directors, and the Aim High teaching and learning team to ensure the training and coaching needs of Aim High teachers are met throughout the summer program. This position is open to individuals who are seasoned educators.

Assistant Teacher Co-teach Aim High’s core academic classes and lead enrichment classes and/or afternoon activities. This position is open to college students or individuals interested in pursuing the field of education.

Campus Coordinator Serve as a site-level administrative team member and manage site logistics and organization.

High School Intern Assist lead teachers in teaching a core academic class and support assistant teachers with afternoon activities.

High School Volunteer Volunteers support general office duties and supervision as well as assisting in afternoon activities.

Lead Teacher Teach Aim High’s core academic classes (Interdisciplinary Challenge, Issues + Choices, Math). This position is open to current educators or individuals with teaching experience.

Site Director Oversee all aspects of an Aim High summer school campus to ensure high-quality implementation of the six-week, academic enrichment and youth development program.

Student Support Specialist  Create behavior support plans for students in need, help students & families access community resources and implement restorative practices on site. This position is open to individuals with experience in social work, school health, counseling or other related fields.
