Teacher Training for All Educators

Serve. Teach. Inspire.

At Aim High, we are committed to investing in all educators, no matter their level of experience. Our summer program serves as a teacher training program and laboratory of learning for educators. All staff engage in a comprehensive week long training before the summer, followed by weekly coaching, classroom observations, and real-time feedback from experienced educational leaders, our Site Directors, and Instructional Coaches.

In partnership with Chico State’s School of Education, we offer all credentialed and aspiring teachers the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Credits, with tuition and credit costs fully covered by Aim High.

Additionally, Aim High strives to expand the pipeline of educators in California through the Aspiring Teacher Fellowship. This initiative is designed to create a more diverse, well-prepared community of teacher and leaders who represent the communities we serve. It also addresses the teacher shortage crisis and prepares classroom teachers with the tools to create joyful learning experiences for students. Our mission is to cultivate the next generation of educational leaders, shaping the future of education in California and beyond.

Join our vibrant community. Regardless of your experience, Aim High has an exciting educational opportunity in the classroom for you.
